Music therapy is a non verbal therapy which provides a creative space for expression and building therapeutic relationships using rhythm, melody, harmony and lyrics to improve overall wellbeing.
Sessions with me might include a mix of the therapist and the client vocalising together, improvising on the instruments together, drumming, making up songs and musical games.
Music therapy sessions are inclusive and fun. No previous musical experience or skills are needed for people to benefit from Music Therapy.
