About Emily Sheppard

I am an HCPC registered music therapist (AS018618) and a member of the British Association of Music Therapists. My private  practise is based in a music therapy studio in Stroud old town. I work one to one with children and young people. Sometimes parents join the session, depending on the child’s needs.

I also work in SEN schools across Gloucestershire and for Mindsong, facilitating music therapy sessions with people living with dementia and their family members.  

I have always loved communicating with people through music. As a teenager, I realised it was a short cut to building relationships and have never looked back. As a professional, creative musician, I bring years of musical experience to my therapeutic practice.
